Smoke method: Inject smoke into the inlet of the dust collector and observe if there is any smoke leakage from the outlet of the dust collector. This method is simple and intuitive, but it should be noted that the injected smoke should not cause harm to the environment and human health.
Vibration method: By vibrating the filter bag, the accumulated dust inside the bag is dropped, and then the filter bag is checked for perforation and loopholes through light transmission. This method is suitable for detecting when the dust collector is stopped.
Sound wave method: Use high-frequency sound waves to vibrate the filter bag, causing the dust inside the filter bag to fall off. At the same time, use detection instruments to detect the signal changes after the sound waves pass through the filter bag, thereby determining the leakage situation of the filter bag.
Wet method: Spray water mist on the surface of the filter bag, and use the principle of increasing resistance when the filter bag adsorbs water mist to determine the leakage of the filter bag.
