How often should the dust removal bag be removed and cleaned, and what are the precautions

How long does it take to clean the dust removal bag
The cleaning of dust removal filter bags needs to follow up on the working time of their own cloth bags, whether they are used frequently, and whether the amount of dust in their own cloth bags is huge, all of which will affect the cycle of cleaning dust removal cloth bags. Normally, we need to decide based on the duration of use. For example, if the dust removal filter bag is frequently used, it is recommended to clean it every 3-4 months. If it is not frequently used, it is recommended to clean it every 5-6 months.
What precautions should be taken when cleaning dust removal bags
The cleaning of dust removal filter bags requires several different steps, including dust removal, chemical experimental treatment, cleaning, drying, and repair. Different steps also require attention to different aspects. Therefore, we need to provide specific explanations for each step.
(1) Clear ash
Using high-frequency vibration to remove large dust particles entering the bag wall as much as possible, without affecting the fiber’s entanglement fastness, and maintaining good peel resistance of the bag.
(2) Chemical Experiment Processing
Extract fabric bag samples, use professional instruments to test the oil stains in the fabric bag, select suitable washing materials, and wash the fabric bag to the maximum extent without causing any damage to the bag.
(3) Cleaning
Select appropriate washing materials and strictly mix them, clean with low-temperature water, ensure uniform water flow, moderate strength, and no mechanical damage to the fabric bag.
(4) Drying
Dry with hot air at around 110 ℃ to maintain the dimensional stability of the bag, and ensure that the bag does not deform or shrink after drying.
(5) Repair
Repair the damaged cloth bags caused by wear, holes, etc. during use to ensure a high recycling rate.
