(1) Correctly determine the amount of smoke burned. The size of the dust collector is determined by the filtration area. If the estimation is too large, the equipment investment will be high and there will be no problems in operation. However, if the estimated amount of flue gas is small, the actual filtration rate will be high, resulting in high equipment resistance, poor ash cleaning, and difficulty in long-term continuous operation.
(2) Pay attention to the matching of dust removal filter bag materials. If the filter material is not suitable, the service life of the machine will be greatly affected. If you consider replacing the filter material, the cost is relatively high.
(3) Pay attention to the acid dew point of the flue gas. When the temperature of the flue gas is below the acid dew point, the acid generated by condensation will corrode the equipment and form smoke and dust binding on the filter material. Therefore, some measures should be taken for bag filters, such as ash hopper heating, hot air circulation, pipeline bypass, equipment insulation, flue gas heating, etc.
(4) Pay attention to the selection of equipment precision. In this regard, especially the components and components of the pulse blowing system, inspection doors, ash discharge and conveying devices, the coordination of dust removal filter bags and flower boards, the design and processing quality of the dust removal framework (smoothness and verticality, etc.) are all good, otherwise it will affect the long-term good operation of the equipment.
