The dust layer of the dust removal filter bag also has a certain filtering effect. This is the dust removal principle of a bag filter.
When the bag filter uses external filtration for dust removal, the dusty gas is carried into the dust removal filter bag by the airflow. Regardless of the dust removal method, after a period of time, there will still be dust accumulation at the bottom of the dust removal filter bag. The reason for the accumulation of dust is that the dust on the inner wall of the dust removal filter bag has been deposited for a long time and can be recycled and reused. However, the interior of the current bag filter is not composed of a dust removal skeleton and a dust removal filter bag. When it comes to cleaning the bottom of the bag, the workload is significant and time-consuming.
To solve the inconvenience and time-consuming work mentioned above, we have changed the circular disk at the bottom of the dust removal framework into a circular shape. We have sewn a cylindrical ordinary cloth on the bottom of the filter bag and removed the sealing structure. This way, the ordinary cloth can be regularly loosened and the accumulated dust in the dust removal filter bag can be placed in the ash hopper.
The precautions to be taken include: the inner diameter of the circular ring at the bottom of the dust removal framework should be larger to prevent the fine round steel of the dust removal framework from piercing out; The ash hopper needs to be perforated so that workers can enter and place ash. When entering and exiting the ash hopper, it is necessary to wear a dust mask.
