The reasons for the blockage of the bag filter may include the following:
1、 The temperature of the smoke is too low, causing the cloth bag to frost. Causing smoke and dust to be unable to pass through. Alternatively, water leakage may cause ash particles to condense and block the bag. The solution is for the dust collector to use functions such as insulation, heating, rain protection, and air leakage prevention.
2、 The filter speed of the dust collector is too high, the dust is too coarse or sticky. At this time, the filtration rate should be appropriately reduced and the filter bag should be cleaned in a timely manner.
3、 The cleaning time for bag spraying is too short, the interval between spraying is too long, or the spraying pressure is insufficient. Solution: Increase the spray cleaning time and cycle for the cloth bag, and appropriately increase the spray pressure.
