PPS dust removal bag cleaning methods can be divided into two categories: mechanical cleaning and pulse cleaning.
Mechanical dust removal refers to the process of manually or mechanically cleaning dust removal bags, typically used to remove dust adhering to the surface of the bags. The methods of mechanical dust removal include:
Strike dust removal: Use a stick or rubber hammer to lightly tap the surface of the cloth bag to loosen and detach the attached dust.
Vacuum cleaning: Use a vacuum cleaner or industrial vacuum cleaner to clean the dust removal bag and remove any attached dust.
Pulse cleaning refers to the cleaning of dust removal bags using high-pressure gas, usually used to remove dust from the inside of the bags. The methods of pulse cleaning include:
Pulse back blowing: Using compressed air to clean the dust removal bag, blowing away the dust adhering to the inside of the bag.
Gas oscillation: Using the airflow generated by a high-frequency oscillator to vibrate the cloth bag for cleaning, the dust adhering to the inside of the bag is shaken off.
Vibration cleaning: Use a vibration device to clean the dust removal bag and shake off the dust adhering to the inside of the bag.
It is necessary to choose a cleaning method based on the actual situation and strictly follow the cleaning procedures to ensure the dust removal effect and the service life of the dust removal bag.
