Working principle of boiler bag filter:
Boiler flue gas contains a large amount of particulate matter, such as coal ash, limestone powder, sulfides, etc. When the smoke passes through the bag filter, it first enters the dust removal chamber of the filter. In the dust removal room, the smoke will rotate due to changes in flow rate, and due to the effect of gravity, most particles will settle downwards.
Next, the flue gas will pass through the bag filter material layer, which is the core part of the boiler bag filter. Bag filter materials are usually made of high-temperature and wear-resistant fiber materials, such as glass fiber, chemical fiber, etc. When smoke passes through the bag filter material, particulate matter is captured on the surface by the filter material, while clean smoke enters the exhaust chamber through the filter material.
As time goes by, the amount of particulate matter on the filter material gradually increases, which leads to an increase in the resistance of the filter material. To ensure the normal operation of the dust collector, it is necessary to clean the filter material. When cleaning dust, different methods can be used, such as mechanical vibration, pulse spraying, etc., to shake or blow off particles on the filter material, thereby restoring the breathability of the filter material.
