In high-temperature environments, commonly used bag materials include glass fiber, polyimide (P84), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and polyester (PET). Here are some common types of high-temperature cloth bags and their main characteristics:
Glass fiber cloth bag: Glass fiber cloth bag has good high-temperature resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 300 ℃ or above. It has good chemical stability and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for general high-temperature dust removal environments.
Polyimide (P84) cloth bag: P84 cloth bag is a high-temperature synthetic fiber material with excellent high-temperature resistance and can work stably for a long time at temperatures above 260 ℃. It also has high antioxidant performance and chemical stability, suitable for high-temperature flue gas dust removal.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) cloth bag: PTFE cloth bag is a material with excellent chemical stability and high temperature resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 260 ℃ or above. It has good adhesion resistance, good adhesion and cleaning performance to dust, and is suitable for filtering high-temperature flue gas and corrosive gases.
Polyester (PET) fabric bag: Polyester fabric bags have good temperature resistance and can work stably at temperatures around 150 ℃. It has good physical properties and wear resistance, and is suitable for medium to high temperature dust removal occasions.
