Single machine pulse dust collector is an efficient and reliable dust removal equipment, widely used in the field of dust control in various industries. Its structure mainly consists of the following parts: pulse injection system, filtration system, ash discharge system, control system, and shell.
1、 Pulse injection system
The pulse blowing system is the core component of a single pulse dust collector, mainly used to inject high-pressure gas into the filter bag to remove dust on the surface of the filter bag. The system consists of a spray tube, pulse valve, air bag, etc.
The blowing pipe is a pipeline that connects the pulse valve and the filter bag, usually located directly above each filter bag. Pulse valve is a key component that controls the flow of injection gas and is usually installed at the end of the injection pipe. A gas bag is a container for storing and blowing gas, usually located at the bottom of a dust collector.
2、 Filtering system
The filtration system is an important component of a single pulse dust collector, mainly used to capture dust particles and prevent them from entering the atmosphere. The system consists of filter bags, cage bones, and flower boards.
The filter bag is the core component of the filtration system, usually made of polyester fiber or glass fiber. Cage bone is a framework that supports filter bags, usually using a circular or diamond structure. Flower board is a board that connects filter bags and cage bones, usually made of metal material.
3、 Ash discharge system
The dust removal system is an important component of a single pulse dust collector, mainly used to discharge the collected dust from the dust collector. The system consists of an ash hopper, an ash discharge valve, and conveying equipment.
An ash hopper is a container for collecting dust, usually located at the bottom of a dust collector. The ash discharge valve is a key component for controlling dust discharge, usually installed at the bottom of the ash hopper. Conveying equipment is a device that transports dust from a dust collector to other equipment, such as screw conveyors, scraper conveyors, etc.
4、 Control system
The control system is the neural center of a single pulse dust collector, mainly responsible for controlling the normal operation of various components of the dust collector. The system consists of a control cabinet, sensors, and actuators.
The control cabinet is the core component of the control system, usually installed on the side or top of the dust collector. Sensors are devices that detect parameters such as dust concentration and temperature, and are generally installed inside or outside the dust collector. An actuator is a device that executes control signals, such as solenoid valves, motors, etc., usually installed inside or outside the dust collector.
5、 Shell
The shell is the outer shell of a single pulse dust collector, mainly used to protect the various components of the dust collector from the influence of the external environment. The shell is usually welded from steel and is divided into two parts: the upper shell and the lower shell. The upper shell is equipped with air inlet and outlet, observation port, maintenance port, etc., while the lower shell is equipped with ash hopper and bracket, etc.
