PTFE needle felt filter bags, as a high-performance dust removal filter bag, usually require high acid and alkali resistance to adapt to the acid and alkali corrosion environments that may be encountered in industrial production processes. The acid and alkali resistance of PTFE needle felt filter bags can be evaluated through the following testing methods:
Acid alkali solution immersion method: Place PTFE needle felt filter bags in different concentrations of acid alkali solution for a certain period of time, and then take them out to observe their appearance and performance changes.
Acid alkali coating method: Apply a certain concentration of acid alkali solution to the surface of PTFE needle felt filter bags, then let it stand at a certain temperature for a period of time, and take it out to observe its appearance and performance changes.
Acid alkali spray method: Place the PTFE needle felt filter bag in the spray chamber, spray with different concentrations of acid alkali solution, and observe whether there are any abnormal changes on its surface.
