The dust temperature is relatively high, usually above 100 ℃.
2、 Material selection of dust removal cloth bags
When selecting dust removal bags for aluminum factories, the following factors need to be considered:
High temperature resistance: Aluminum factories have high dust temperatures, so it is necessary to choose high-temperature resistant dust removal bags. The commonly used materials for high-temperature resistant dust removal bags include fiberglass, P84, acrylic, etc.
Chemical stability: The chemical properties of dust in aluminum factories are unstable, and it is necessary to choose dust removal bag materials that have good resistance to acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc. For example, P84 dust removal cloth bags have good chemical corrosion resistance and can be used in acidic or alkaline environments.
Filtering accuracy: Select dust removal bags with appropriate filtering accuracy based on the actual needs of the aluminum factory. If the dust particles that need to be filtered are large, a dust removal bag with a larger pore size can be selected; If the dust particles to be filtered are small, a dust removal bag with a smaller pore size should be selected.
