What should we do if there is a high pressure difference during the operation of a pulse bag filter?
1. The bag of the pulse bag filter contains too much dust gas, and the system has not taken any insulation measures, resulting in a large temperature difference between the dust in the dust collector pipeline and the external environment. During the heat exchange process, water vapor and condensation occur, which increases the humidity and viscosity of the dust. Therefore, insulation and heat insulation measures should be taken.
2. The bag material of the pulse bag filter does not match the dust characteristics, causing some air holes to be blocked. For dust with high concentration, small particle size, high humidity and viscosity, film coated dust removal bags should be selected.
3. If the concentration of the treated dust is too high, it will cause the filtering wind speed of the dust removal bag to be too high, resulting in a high pressure difference of the dust removal bag. The dust removal load of the pulse bag filter and the filtering wind speed of the filter material should be appropriately reduced, that is, increasing the filtering area and reducing the filtering wind speed of the filter material.
4. Improper parameter setting of the pulse blowing system results in poor dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator. If the time interval and pulse width of the bag pulse injection are too short, or the compressed air pressure is too low, it will cause a decrease in the tension of the dust removal bag, and the dust accumulation on the dust removal bag is too thick. Therefore, the relevant parameters of the pulse injection system should be reset.
