Dust removal process: Over time, dust gradually accumulates on the surface of the bag, which can affect the filtering effect of the dust collector. In order to maintain the efficiency of the dust collector, it is necessary to carry out dust removal operations. The dust removal process usually uses pulse blowing, which uses compressed air to inject pulse airflow into the interior of the cloth bag, causing it to vibrate, thereby shaking and removing dust.
Collection and processing of dust: The dust that falls during the dust removal process is collected and discharged from the dust collector through pipelines, and then further processing is carried out, such as collecting it into a dust bin or dust treatment equipment.
